"Kind of Regret Not Waiting for a Better Deal"
Some of the deals are actually good, but the regular prices feel way too high. I bought a couple things thinking I was getting a decent value, and now I’m kind of regretting it because I probably should’ve waited for a sale or looked around more

"Security feels kinda shaky"
I like ordering groceries from there, but the site makes me a little uneasy. Ive gotten some weird login prompts and there arent really clear alerts when something seems off. It just doesnt feel super secure to me, so I dont save my card on there anymore.

"Helpful ramps, but support could be more reliable"
The ramps were definitely helpful and made getting around easier, which is really the basic thing you’d hope for. The only issue was that staff weren’t always nearby when assistance was needed. It’s not a huge complaint, but it would make a lot more sense to have someone available more consistently for accessibility support.

"Easy payments and dependable"
Ive been using Real Canadian Superstore online mostly for groceries, and its been reliable for me. Paying is simple, I usually just use my credit card and I havent run into any strange checkout problems. My orders usually go through fine and the pickup times are mostly on schedule. I did have one item missing once, but the refund came through fast enough. Its not perfect, but overall I think its good.

I stopped in last week the store was a lot cleaner than I expected. The floors were tidy, the carts didn’t feel gross to use, and even the washroom was in decent shape. The produce section looked well kept too, with nothing smelling weird or off. Just a heads up though, this kind of cleanliness can really vary by location, so if that matters to you, pay attention when you walk in. This one seemed like it was actually being looked after.

"Still frustrating to use"
I really want this app to work better, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The website keeps freezing, and the app logs me out way too often. At some point, these issues need to be acknowledged and actually fixed because it makes the whole service feel unreliable.

"Easy pickup, no hassle"
Ordered my groceries online and the pickup was ready right on time. The guy brought everything out quick, and thankfully nothing was missing this time. any extra waiting around would’ve been unnecessary, so I’m glad it was smooth

I assumed that when they told me my prescription was ready, I’d be in and out quickly. Nope. I ended up waiting around 40 minutes, and when I asked about it, the staff seemed kind of annoyed. Then they couldn’t even find it. I had to come back the next day, which was really frustrating. i’d skip this pharmacy if you don’t want the hassle.

I usually stop by here because the hours work well for me after work, and I do appreciate that they’re open later than a lot of other places nearby. That said, weekends can be a little frustrating since I wish they opened earlier, especially because it tends to get busy quickly. Overall, it’s a decent option and I’m glad it’s there, but the schedule isn’t perfect for me.

"Pretty solid trip overall"
Went to Real Canadian Superstore today it was just a good experience. The lines looked kind of bad at first and I had that feeling like, oh great, this is going to take forever, but they actually moved way quicker than I thought. I used the regular checkout and probably only waited around 5 minutes. The cashier was friendly, fast, and just kept things moving. I don’t know, it just felt way better than other times I’ve been there.

"Parking Makes the Trip Easier"
I’ll be honest, one of the main reasons I keep coming back here is the parking. I usually stop by on weekends, and I always expect it to be a hassle, but somehow I can usually find a spot without circling forever. The other day I pulled in thinking it would be packed, and I still ended up close enough to the entrance. The only thing I notice sometimes is that the area near the carts can get a little messy, but it hasn’t really stopped me from shopping here.

I don’t know what’s going on with the bagging lately, but my online grocery order was packed so badly. There were heavy cans sitting right on top of the bread, totally smashed it, and a leaking meat package was packed next to my fruit. Then when I picked everything up, half the bags were already ripped. I’m not expecting some perfect system or anything, but it feels like nobody is checking the orders before handing them over. Just really careless, and super frustrating.

I order from Real Canadian Superstore fairly often, and overall it’s been okay. It’s kind of hard to describe, but the quality feels a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the produce shows up fresh and lasts a few days, and other times the berries or lettuce already look a little tired when I get them. The meat and dairy have usually been fine for me, and the prices are decent. I just wish they were a bit more careful about checking freshness before packing orders.

i like the store overall, but the pc points can be hit or miss. sometimes they don’t show up like they should, so i end up checking my receipts more often than i’d like.

I like the product, but the amount of plastic it came with felt like a lot. The recycling info was also kind of unclear, so I wasn’t really sure what to do with this part or that piece. Just feels like they could make this whole packaging thing a lot less wasteful...

"Pickup order took way too long to sort out"
I’ve done pickup orders here before and usually it’s been smooth, so this was disappointing. I ended up waiting a long time for someone to help me, and the staff kept sending me from one person to another instead of just handling it. They did eventually get it fixed, but the whole experience felt frustrating and the customer service really could’ve been better.

I shop at Real Canadian Superstore often, it can get packed, especially after work or on weekends. The aisles can feel a little tight when everyone’s pushing around big carts, so it’s not always the easiest trip.

That said, the overall vibe is still okay, and it’s much less stressful if you go during quieter times. The staff usually seem busy, but they’re helpful enough when you need something. I’d give it 4 stars

I still remember that annoyed feeling from past grocery pickups at other stores, sitting in my car and trying to figure out why the total didn’t match what I expected. So this time, I checked the online bill against the receipt right away, it was such a relief to see everything line up perfectly.

The item prices, taxes, and PC Optimum deals were all shown clearly, with no random extra charges or missing discounts. It made it really easy to double-check after pickup, and for once I didn’t have that little knot in my stomach wondering if something was off
